Shipping
Retail orders are shipped prepaid. Sunlawn procedure is to ship orders within 2 business days via UPS or similar carrier. After shipping, the tracking number is provided via e-mail to the ordering party.
Returns
All returns must be authorized. The Return Authorization Number is used to identify and process all returns. Sunlawn disclaims all responsibility for items returned without a Return Authorization Number. Authorization for returns may be requested by e-mail from the following address: office@sunlawn.com.
Satisfaction Policy
Sunlawn offers a 45 day satisfaction policy covering all mowers and trimmers purchased directly from this (Sunlawn) web site. If a customer is not satisfied with a Sunlawn product purchased from this web site then the customer may, at the customer's own expense for shipping, return the product for refund of the purchase price. If a customer wishes to return a product under this policy then the customer must contact Sunlawn by e-mail at
for a Return Authorization Number and for the proper Return Service Center address. The product must then be returned complete in the original packaging and in new condition to the Return Service Center with the Return Authorization Number shown near the label on the outside of the package. After the returned product is received at the Return Service Center and inspected Sunlawn will issue a refund based on the original mode of payment. Sunlawn, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the refunded amount based on condition of the returned product.
